Privacy Notice

Based on Articles 15, 16, and other applicable provisions of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (the "Law") and its regulations, we inform you that PROMOTORA ESTRATEGIA URBANA, S.A. DE C.V. (hereinafter "PEU"), with address at Av. Cordillera de los Andes #120, Lomas de Chapultepec, Miguel Hidalgo, CDMX 11000, and website www.estrategiaurbana.com.mx, is responsible for collecting, using, and protecting Personal Data, in compliance with the principles of legality, quality, consent, information, purpose, loyalty, proportionality, and responsibility.

Personal Data is collected through sales offices, email, telephone, databases, and the website, and is used exclusively for real estate transactions.

We understand that the personal data of third parties (e.g., personal or commercial references) that you provide us with have already been authorized by their owner to be delivered and processed by us according to this privacy notice.

The primary purposes for the Personal Data (the "Primary Purposes") are: (a) to identify you as a client or interested party in our products/services; (b) to understand your needs; (c) to contact you and follow up on your interest in purchasing real estate; (d) to send you information about our real estate projects; (e) to prepare documents, contracts, agreements, invoices, receipts, and documentation related to the acquisition of private units of the projects advertised on our website; (f) to handle complaints and clarifications; (h) to evaluate quality and/or sales follow-up; (i) to store data; and (j) to comply with terms and conditions established with you; (k) to check credit history; (l) to process insurance claims and obligations with clients, including acquiring a policy; (m) to fulfill tax obligations, such as issuing invoices; (n) to manage collections; (ñ) to comply with various authorities' requirements; (o) to conduct marketing activities, advertising, and market behavior analysis.

The secondary purposes for Personal Data (the "Secondary Purposes") are: (a) to inform you about new developments and promotions of our various real estate projects.

The confidentiality of Personal Data is guaranteed and protected by administrative, technical, and physical security measures to prevent damage, loss, alteration, destruction, misuse, unauthorized access, or disclosure. For example, Personal Data is stored in an internal database managed through periodically changing access keys, restricted to authorized personnel, and governed by confidentiality agreements.

You have the right to access, rectify, cancel, or oppose the processing of your Personal Data (collectively known as "ARCO Rights"). To do so, you or your legal representative must submit a written request for the exercise of ARCO Rights addressed to the PEU customer service department responsible for Personal Data protection, located at the aforementioned address, or communicate via email with the PEU customer service department at info@estrategiaurbana.com.mx ("Request"); in both cases, you must receive acknowledgment of receipt for PEU to be bound. The Request should include the following information: (a) your name and surname and that of your representative, if applicable; (b) email address for notifications; (c) a simple copy of your official photo ID or that of your representative, if applicable; (d) clear and precise description of the Personal Data for which you seek to exercise any of the ARCO Rights; (f) any element or document that facilitates the location of your Personal Data; and (g) your or your representative's signature.

In case of requesting the exercise of the right to: (a) Rectification, you must indicate the modifications to be made and provide the documentation supporting the request; and (b) Access, PEU will provide the Personal Data via email and/or by appointment at the sales office and/or administrative offices, at PEU's choice.

Within a maximum period of 5 business days from the acknowledgment of receipt of the Request, the request must be addressed and you will be informed of its acceptance or rejection via a notice sent to the email provided for notifications. If your Request is accepted, PEU must fulfill it within 15 business days following receipt via email of the acceptance of your Request.

Additionally, to the procedure for exercising ARCO Rights, you have the right, concerning Secondary Purposes, to: (a) revoke or express your refusal for the processing of your Personal Data; and/or (b) be included in PEU's "Exclusion List," which limits the use and disclosure of Personal Data. To do so, you must send a request to revoke or be excluded, which should include: (a) your name and surname; and (b) email address to respond to your request. This request should be addressed to the PEU customer service department at info@estrategiaurbana.com.mx, with acknowledgment of receipt required for PEU to be bound. The acknowledgment of receipt includes confirmation of revocation and/or inclusion in the "Exclusion List." PEU has a maximum response time of 5 business days.

All documentation must be sent in readable and complete PDF format for PEU to address the Request.

If you believe your personal data protection rights have been violated by PEU or presume there is any violation of the Law in the processing of your personal data, you may file a complaint or report with the Federal Institute of Access to Information and Data Protection (IFAI) at www.ifai.gob.mx within 15 days of receiving PEU's response or after the 20-day period from the acknowledgment of receipt of the Request has elapsed.

PEU is a real estate marketing and sales company. Therefore, Personal Data may be transferred to subsidiaries, affiliates, parent companies, co-owners, business partners, and/or third parties, all in the real estate sector, domestically or internationally, for the same purposes mentioned, especially for real estate marketing. It may also be transferred to the following entities: authorized financial institutions, public or private, including INFONAVIT; notaries; property managers; appraisers; and any other necessary parties to fulfill the purposes for which you contacted us.

The information you provide to social networks and its management is not our responsibility, so you should review each network's Privacy Notice. Therefore, we commit to not transferring your information to unauthorized third parties or those unrelated to PEU, except as stated in Article 37 of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.

PEU reserves the right to modify this security and confidentiality policy, so we recommend you periodically review this policy to be aware of updates and new ways we protect your data.
